Paul MES:

Marketing and Sales Director with extensive UK and International experience. Responsible for P/L’s with a successful record of developing new opportunities in consumer and business-to-business markets. Practical and results-driven, with a strategic overview. Good interpersonal skills honed in a wide variety of environments and cultures, embracing change and strong cost control. Experienced in operating in a wide range of organisations including business start ups, long established family firms and major corporations with global reputations.

 

François KNUCHEL:

Strong international background. Spent over 15 years consulting large blue-chip companies in Japan & Asia (Technology Transfer, Joint Ventures). A British-Swiss national, he graduated in Canada and speaks 5 languages fluently. Has held numerous senior management positions in personnel, project & product management, as well as branch & general management, including several years as Executive Director. Specialising in intercultural diversity, extensive experience in imports / exports as regional sales manager (Asia-Pacific) and is familiar with many industries.

 

Jim BRUCKSHAW:

Industrial Economics Graduate, blue-chip company training, combining strong entrepreneurial, strategic & analytic abilities. Well-developed commercial acumen, proven P&L accountability with mature analytical & planning skills. Comprehensive general management experience at Chief Executive level. Proven sales & marketing capability achieving enhanced market share, growth and profit in highly competitive markets. Production, engineering and technical knowledge through 13 years in sub-contract engineering manufacturing environment supported by broader experience of importing, warehousing and distribution. Business to business service industry background. Experienced at start up positions to medium sizes business where strong interpersonal skills are important in developing business relationships.

 

Penny COOPER:

Highly experienced company director with a high profile within the small to medium size business sector, using the necessary skills, ability and experience to be pro-active in the marketing, sales and production schedules, required for the expansion and growth of a successful company. Experience gained within the light manufacturing and service sectors of UK companies. Holds an HNC in Business and Finance.

 

Bob HUTCHINGS:

Previously Chief Executive of Heidelberg Finishing Systems Ltd, which designed, manufactured and sold products to the world-wide printing industry. He is experienced at growing profitable market share by improving distributor performance, by strategic acquisitions and partnerships, and developing and using market and customer knowledge to guide business and product development plans. Bob is a Chartered Accountant from PWC London.
